Created exclusively for families navigating Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, our services are designed to provide meaningful companionship, cognitive engagement, and personalized support in the comfort and familiarity of home. We understand that dementia changes more than memory, it changes daily life for the entire family. Our approach focuses on preserving connection, encouraging purpose, and creating moments of joy while providing families with confidence and peace of mind.

Reminiscence at Home was born from a simple belief: families facing dementia deserve more than traditional care—they deserve a trusted partner who understands the journey.
Throughout my career in healthcare, I witnessed the challenges families encounter when trying to find support that is both compassionate and truly dementia-focused. Too often, families felt overwhelmed, uncertain, and alone.
I created Reminiscence at Home to offer something different: a boutique dementia support service built on connection, education, and personalized guidance. My goal was to create a resource that helps individuals living with dementia maintain dignity and engagement, while helping families feel informed, supported, and empowered.
Today, that mission remains at the heart of everything we do.

We believe relationships matter. Families have the opportunity to participate in the companion selection process, helping ensure a comfortable and meaningful connection between their loved one and the person providing support.
A Concierge-Level Experience

Consistent Family Communication
Following each visit, families receive detailed updates so they remain informed, connected, and confident in their loved one’s well-being, even when they cannot be present themselves.
Complimentary CPR Certifications for Family Members
As part of our commitment to supporting the entire family, eligible clients receive complimentary American Heart Association CPR certification for up to two designated family members, helping loved ones feel more prepared and empowered.
